  • 1 and 2/3 cups blueberries
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 23 teaspoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl; then incorporate cold butter until crumbly.
  3. Stir in eggs and vanilla until combined; press two-thirds into the prepared pan for the crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk cream cheese, mascarpone, sugar, cornstarch, and eggs until smooth; pour half over the crust.
  5. Layer with blueberries and top with remaining cheesecake mixture; sprinkle more blueberries on top.
  6. Bake for 65–75 minutes until golden brown; cool gradually before slicing.
