Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare your baking dish by lightly greasing it with butter to prevent sticking.
- Combine drained peach slices in a mixing bowl with sugars, cornstarch mixed in warm water, My Dessert Lover Blend, sea salt, melted butter, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir gently until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, My Dessert Lover Blend, and sea salt. Add cold almond milk and lemon juice into dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Fold in cold butter pieces gently without overworking the dough.
- Pour the peach filling into your prepared baking dish. Scoop spoonfuls of cobbler topping evenly over the peaches using a rubber spatula.
- Place your assembled cobbler in the oven for about 55 minutes or until golden brown on top. The filling should be bubbly when done.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra special treat!
