- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese (or dairy-free shredded cheese)
- Gluten-free pizza or spaghetti sauce
- Favorite pizza toppings (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a medium bowl, beat the eggs; add garlic powder, basil, and oregano.
- Mix in Bisquick, water, and olive oil until smooth.
- Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 full with batter.
- Add shredded cheese over the batter followed by spoonfuls of sauce.

- Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown.
