- 2 avocados (sliced)
- 1 pinch cilantro (extra to garnish)
- 1 pinch sour cream (optional – to serve)
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, lime juice, chopped cilantro, crushed garlic, brown sugar, red chili flakes, ground cumin, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in half of the mixture for at least two hours (or overnight for best flavor).
- Grill the marinated chicken on medium-high heat until cooked through; set aside to rest before slicing.
- Sauté sliced bell peppers and onions in the same pan until tender.
