Ingredients
- 3 skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 1 purple onion
- 1 red bell pepper

Instructions
- In a gallon freezer bag, add the chicken breasts.
- Mix chicken broth, orange marmalade, soy sauce, ground ginger, and garlic powder in a bowl. Pour into the bag with chicken, seal, and shake gently to coat. Marinate in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with onion, bell pepper, and pineapple.
- Brush the grill with olive oil and place skewers on it. Grill for about 8-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
