  4. Chill the truffle balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before placing back on parchment paper.
