  • 24 oz frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb ground chicken or turkey
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground chicken or turkey until browned (5-7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Layer half of the meat sauce at the bottom of the baking dish, followed by half of the ravioli, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes to achieve a golden crust.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
