Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped pistachios and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Roll out each puff pastry sheet on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into triangles with a base of about 4 inches.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the pistachio mixture at the base of each triangle and roll tightly toward the tip.
- Brush each croissant with melted butter and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
