  • 1 package (17.3 oz) frozen puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 1 cup finely chopped unsalted pistachios
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted, for brushing)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped pistachios and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Roll out each puff pastry sheet on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  4. Cut the dough into triangles with a base of about 4 inches.
  5. Place 1 tablespoon of the pistachio mixture at the base of each triangle and roll tightly toward the tip.
  6. Brush each croissant with melted butter and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
