  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 10 oz baby spinach
  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 1 1/2 cups matchstick carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 (15 oz) cans mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • Black and white sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by blending all dressing ingredients until smooth. Chill while assembling the salad.
  2. Fry wonton strips in vegetable oil until golden brown; season with cinnamon and salt.
