  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 Tablespoons Taco Sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by combining canola oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken well and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the street corn topping by mixing cooked corn, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, cilantro, chopped jalapeño, green onions, and garlic salt in another bowl until combined.
