- 2 cups powdered sugar, (sifted)
- 4 oz. cream cheese, (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons butter, (room temperature)
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- Chopped pecans for garnish
- Cinnamon sprinkling for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flours, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- Chop peaches into small pieces and set aside.
- Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy in a large bowl using an electric mixer.
- Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition; stir in vanilla.
- Gradually mix in buttermilk until combined.
- Gently fold in dry ingredients until just blended; then add chopped peaches.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for about 80 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
