- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 2 tablespoons flour

- 1/4 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with half of the cumin, chili powder, and optional salsa. Fill each tortilla with the mixture and roll tightly.
