  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 4 burrito-sized tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Southwest dressing (plus more for serving)
  • 2 large avocados, sliced
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 lime (squeezed)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, and cumin. Coat chicken tenders thoroughly.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare veggies: Shred red and green cabbage, slice the onion, and chop cilantro.
  4. Assemble the wraps: On each tortilla, layer sliced chicken, shredded cabbages, onion, cilantro, lime juice, Southwest dressing, avocado slices, and goat cheddar cheese.
