  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2.5 teaspoons sweet soy sauce
  • 2.5 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (for sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons ground peanut
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breast into strips and mix with marinade ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Combine all peanut sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Whisk until smooth and heat over low until simmering.
