  • 150g smoked fish (salmon/mackerel)
  • 500g Yukon Gold potatoes

  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp agar-agar powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Cut white and smoked fish into bite-sized pieces; set aside.
